As we look back on 2024, I am proud to present this edition of the Qatar Care Newsletter—a reflection of a year defined by growth, achievements, and our unwavering commitment to People-Centered Care (PCC).

This year marked a turning point for Qatar Care. One of the most significant highlights was hosting the esteemed Dr. Jean Watson as our resource speaker for the PCC symposium. Her insights and guidance inspired us to deepen our commitment to compassionate and person-focused care, creating a transformative experience that will resonate with us for years to come.

We also celebrated many milestones that reflect our dedication to innovation and excellence. From the relaunch of our CPD programs to our successful integration of an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, we have worked tirelessly to enhance our services and deliver exceptional care. Our partnerships, such as those with the Qatar Cancer Society, have further solidified our impact within the community.

At the heart of all these accomplishments is the extraordinary dedication of our team. Through initiatives like the Daisy Award and programs that nurture professional growth, we continue to honor their hard work, resilience, and passion.
