Towards Linkages: Qatar Care on CPD Collab Plans with WMC-Q
Qatar Care personnel led by the General Manager; Ms. Mary Rose Uy met with the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) officers of Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar on 9th March 2020.
Qatar Care – Education and Training aim to foster research in Qatar Care and to establish more collaboration with local and international institutions. In line with this, Mr. Peach Dale Esloyo, Director of Education and Training took the chance to propose a collaboration with Weill Cornel Medicine - Qatar, one of the medical institutions in Qatar that offer top medical programs.
It was worth mentioning that they are equally interested in discussing the possibilities of partnership in future events. Moreover, both had expressed interest in conducting CPD activities and research that will address the learning needs of the stakeholders and hopefully bridge the identified gaps in knowledge, skills, and attitude.
Each party had shared their course in developing CPD activities which had opened more opportunities to enhance methods of delivering quality education.
In Qatar Care's strategic plan, it hopes to expand its professional networks and connections through engagement with prominent organizations in the State of Qatar. Thus, as such was made possible through the commencement of this meeting.
